My name is Melissa I am a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I have always had a huge passion for helping others, it has been a dream of mine to work in a job role which involves helping others in a therapeutic capacity. I have had my own personal experience of therapy due to past trauma, and I got a huge benefit from this therefore I know it works.

I make sure to provide a safe space for those who come through the door, because I know it's not always easy.

What Inspired Me to Become a Therapist

Personal experience has always been my greatest motivator. Having overcome my own mental health challenges, I felt a deep calling to help others navigate similar struggles.
