My name is Melissa, and I’m a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with a deep passion for helping others. From an early age, I knew I wanted to support people in a meaningful way, and working in a therapeutic role has been a long-standing dream of mine.

My own experience with therapy, particularly in healing from past trauma, showed me just how powerful and life-changing the process can be. Because I’ve been on the other side, I truly understand how difficult it can be to take that first step—and how important it is to feel safe, heard, and supported.
