Individual face to face Counselling
Personalised one-to-one support for a range of issues including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, OCD, trauma, phobias, and more. Sessions are held in a safe, confidential space where you can explore your challenges and work towards meaningful, lasting change.

Group Therapy
I sometimes provide group-work to help people with similar difficulties come together and work on these difficulties within a safe group setting.
